  1. The 3 open door issue has been a ongoing problem for years, one is for handicap users so most fans only have 2 gates. Funny they have additional gate open for visitors and one for “players” of other sports which is not heavily used ?

Simple answer is to open gates 30 minutes earlier. As it is right now, many fans are still in concession lines when game starts !

      • Not sure what issue is but its a ongoing problem. Using “staff shortage” is coming to be a common reply for many businesses that fall short on customer service, some are legitimate others excuses for poor management decisions. Common sense and past history will tell UH that WVB draws a good crowd, especially on a Saturday when playing a Pac 12 opponent. If short on staff, find other solutions such as opening doors earlier to at least give fans more time to enter arena, get food/beverage and get to seats before game starts. Who makes these decisions ? Arena staff/mgt or athletic dept. ?
