What I don’t understand. Why not take a timeout after losing the challenge?

7:27: After UH tied at 15. Beach on a 4-1 extended run. TO Warriors. UH has had no answer for Sotiris (4-0-9) or Towie (4-0-5)
7:23: Beach up 15-14 at the TTO on a block of Mouchlias. The Warriors’ first lead was at 12-11. Beach scored 3 straight for a 14-12 lead only to have UH tie at 14. Galloway with 3 digs, more than Beach as a team (2). Warriors hitting .375, Beach .353.

The teams met four times last season. UH won the last two — in the Big West Championship title match in Honolulu and in the NCAA Tournament championship match in Los Angeles while the Beach won both regular season matches at The Pyramid en route to the regular season title.
